I do a lot of cooking that involves baking. It is fun and the end result is make tummy happy. I decided that baking could even be more fun if you have the right baking pans. I use to have pans that were not made pewter gray aluminum, which made it difficult to clean. Sometimes it would take me a long time to get the grime and stuck on food off. I had to use a lot of elbow grease.
